An original painting from the hike up harp hill collection.

A slower pace, you can feel it when you arrive in the county, it’s like entering a little bubble where time moves differently. Sitting and looking at the sea/view feels like a very acceptable pastime here.

Sea salt dried, clinging to my skin. Sand between my toes. Fresh cool air and crashing waves. Dunes nestled along cliff tops. Surfers tousled hair. The smell of vinegar wafting from fish and chips shops. Tiny buckets and spades. Seagulls laughing. Ice cream dripping. Pink heather lining the coastal paths. God, I miss it.

Feeling of space and as the sun goes down, the sea is silver, the waves crash onto the dark rocks.
