“Everyone jokes that it is just a desert wasteland of beige sand and cacti between two shining cities. In the south is Las Vegas – the booming metropolis that never sleeps. Full of night clubs, bars, pools, casinos, and old school neon lights/signs on every corner! Everywhere you go there is music bumping, girls in glittery sequin dresses, and drink glasses clinking! Travel 400miles north through the barren desert, passing through a couple tiny towns on the way and you arrive in Lake Tahoe (the jewel lake in the mountains). There are vibrant green pine trees as far as the eye can see! In the winter a billowy blanket of white snow covers everything. In the summer it is all about the warm sand on the beach. Here you will see the most vibrant pink/orange sunset.”
